None. There are no engineers in this company. While researching Malem Medical, we were unable to find information on directors, officers and other key individuals in the company. It is our contention that Malem Medical is a one man show run out of a home in Nottingham, England.

Malem Medical and the Bedwetting Store are definitely in some sort of partnership. Any and all deceits from one company are incorporated in the marketing material for the other.

It seems your talking to children who are trying to solve your problem. We recently called and wanted advice. The support lady who we think was Renee Mercer tried to convince us to get  a Malem alarm although we didn’t even ask to buy an alarm.

Malem bedwetting alarms in Made in China and the Malem Vibro Watches are made in Thailand. The 1979 technology and obsolete design are properties of the contract manufacturer. There is no patent for this product - no innovation, no design expertise, no technical support. If you have an issue, you are by yourself.

We ask Malem Medical and the Bedwetting Store to provide us with the clinical study of this data, since inception of their alarms from the year 1979 on a year on year basis. No Chums allowed.

Which independent authority has carried out these results? 

Under what conditions/measures were these results carried out? 

Why is there no transparency? 1979 has passed and your customers are now smarter and want answers. Evidence of Absence or being silent is not acceptable.
